Meet Jarrod
For 23 years, Jarrod Smith has successfully represented buyers and sellers of real estate, including luxury homes, urban and high-rise condominium properties, and highly successful master-planned development communities. He specializes in neighborhoods throughout the Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and Phoenix areas.
Jarrod is a solutions-oriented real estate broker who understands each of his client’s unique needs. He is highly effective at putting homebuyers and sellers together for ‘win-win’ outcomes and, notably, has even been recognized for his ‘exceptional customer satisfaction in real estate representation’ by JD Powers.
His interpersonal skills, marketing knowledge, and sales acumen have led him to successfully close over $300 million in residential home sales this past decade, including 12 master-planned communities and high-rise condominium projects throughout Arizona.
Jarrod graduated from Northern Arizona University’s W.A. Franke College of Business in International Finance. He and his family reside in Arcadia, and his four children attend All Saints Episcopal School and Arcadia High School. Jarrod is deeply involved in local charitable organizations including Childhelp, Arcadia Little League, and The National Kidney Foundation’s Dancing with the Stars for which he participated in the fundraising dance competition in 2019.
